The CSR charter at the heart of the Margo model

Our CSR policy is fully integrated in our corporate strategy because of our awareness of our ecological footprint as a company. Following the Ten Principles of the UN Global Compact, we have launched a progression process to better control our ecological footprint, improve our collaborators’ well-being and increase our performance levers. .
Our environmental responsibility
Margo especially demonstrates its environmental responsibility by dematerializing its HR process.

At Margo, at #LaPiscine, we work in a BBC certified building: electricity goes off thanks to motion sensors, we sort recyclables, we have removed personal bins, we only have 2 printers for 60 employees.
Thanks to the collaboration between #LaPiscine and Prosens, we also use 100% organic eco-friendly cleaning products.
In 2018, Margo ranked in the top 1% of all suppliers assessed by Ecovadis on their social policy
Our social responsibility
Margo signed the French Diversity Charter in 2014. This way, we have committed to promote diversity and equality of opportunity and to prevent any kind of discrimination at work. We believe that diversity is both a major social responsibility and an essential competitive asset.
Our economic responsibility
Purchases are one of the key challenges of corporate CSR. In this domain, our CSR policy aims to select goods and services following high social, ethical and environmental production standards.
Our CSR policy rewarded
Every year, Ecovadis, an independent company, audits our CSR process. For the last three years, we have received the Gold certification.
In 2018, Margo ranked in the top 1% of all suppliers assessed by Ecovadis on their social policy, in the Computer programming and consultancy sector.
We are very proud of these results because Margo ranks in the top 2% of all suppliers assessed by Ecovadis, all groups taken together.
Next appointment will be in June 2020 to consult the results of our future assessment!
